End of Tenancy Packages

Our end of tenancy service is a 5 star all inclusive service. It comes with a guarantee that in the unlikely event that the property does not pass a professional check out, we will return to the property free of charge.

Our end of tenancy service includes, but is not limited to:

• Dusting throughout
• Windows and frames (inside only)
• Blinds
• Skirting & all other woodwork
• Professional oven & hob clean
• Extractor & filters cleaned
• Deep clean of fridge/freezer
• Deep clean of dishwasher
• Deep clean of washing machine & drawer
• Deep clean of any other built in appliances
• All toilets/sinks/showers/baths
• Full limescale removal
• Inside/outside/tops of cupboards
• Doors & handles
• Light switches & fittings
• Professional carpet clean
• Hard floor cleaning
• Cleaning/polishing of all hard surfaces
• Light switches, light fittings and plug sockets

If there is something extra you think you might require that is not listed above, we will be more than happy to discuss this.

Deep Cleaning Service

We offer a fantastic deep cleaning service, guaranteed to leave your property sparkling from top to bottom. Whether you have just moved in, have guests coming to stay, or just need a helping hand to get back on top of things, LML are here to help!

Before quoting for a deep clean, we will always visit the property to discuss your specific requirements with you, as every property and client is different. We offer all services listed for End of Tenancy, as well as addressing any other specific cleaning needs you may have.

Clients can be assured that all cleans are treated with complete confidentiality. We may occasionally request to share some photos on social media, but this is at the clients discretion.
